Property Management

W Build Services offers ongoing property management services for homeowners seeking proactive oversight and maintenance planning.

Monthly fee: $665 per month
Commitment: Annual agreement required

This service includes approximately 8–10 hours per month dedicated to maintenance planning, vendor coordination, inspections, and project oversight. A customized household maintenance plan is developed for each property and may include:

Pest control scheduling
Gutter cleaning coordination
Annual chimney maintenance
Tree inspections and dead limb removal
Pool opening, closing, and maintenance oversight
HVAC maintenance scheduling
Plumbing, electrical, and water system inspections
Troubleshooting and vendor coordination as needed

Project Management

W Build Services provides project management services for renovations, home improvement projects, and specialty construction work.

Every project is unique. Fees are based on project scope, complexity, and the level of involvement required.

Whether you need assistance evaluating options, coordinating contractors, overseeing construction, or managing a project from planning through completion, we can develop a customized approach tailored to your needs.

Building Services

W Build Services provides select carpentry, repair, assembly, and installation services, such as custom woodwork, cabinetry and furniture installation, shelving systems, trim and sheetrock repairs, troubleshooting, and other project-related work.

Building service projects are priced individually based on scope, materials, complexity, and scheduling requirements.

Whether you need a custom-built solution, assistance completing a project, or help addressing a repair, we can provide a proposal tailored to the work involved.
